BraveHeart Lacrosse Training Facility
Position: Front Desk | Coach | Intern 

Location: BraveHeart Lacrosse Training Facility

Mission: Build confident, skilled, high-character lacrosse players, who compete hard, think fast, and lead well—on and off the field.

Core Role (All Positions)
Everyone at BraveHeart is a Culture carrier first.
Whether you’re coaching on turf, learning as an intern, or running the front desk, your job is to:
  • Make athletes better
  • Make families feel confident
  • Protect the BraveHeart standard every single day

FRONT DESK POSITION – First Impression Leader
The front desk is not “just admin.”
It’s the heartbeat of the facility.

Responsibilities
  • Greet families and athletes with energy and professionalism
  • Manage check-ins, schedules, and communication
  • Keep the facility organized, clean, and welcoming
  • Support coaches and leadership
  • Represent the BraveHeart brand at all times
  • Monday thru Friday 3pm- 8pm 
  • Saturday - 10am - 8pm

COACH POSITION – Lacrosse Skills Coach

Responsibilities
  • Lead small-group and individual lacrosse training sessions
  • Monday thru Friday 3pm- 8pm classes
  • Saturday - 10am - 8pm classes
  • ​​Teach fundamentals with precision, energy, and clarity
  • Coach game-speed decision making (not just drills)
  • ​Reinforce BraveHeart values: Belief, Effort, Hustle, Responsibility
  • Create a positive, demanding, encouraging environment
  • Communicate clearly with athletes and parents
  • Model professionalism, leadership, and composure
  • Help athletes love the grind (and understand why it matters)

Required Attributes for Success
You don’t need to be perfect. You do need to be wired right.
  • Passion for coaching and developing young athletes
  • Strong lacrosse IQ (playing or coaching experience preferred)
  • Ability to teach and connect with youth and high school players
  • High energy, positive body language, strong voice
  • Coachable mindset (we coach the coaches too)
  • Consistent, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable giving correction and encouragement
  • Team-first attitude (no lone wolves)
  • Respect for athletes, parents, and fellow staff

Bonus Skills 
  • Experience coaching face-offs, shooting, dodging, defense, & goalie
  • Ability to string custom lacrosse pockets
    (If you don’t know yet—we’ll train you. Curiosity > credentials.

INTERN POSITION – Coach Development Track

Perfect for:
  • HS/College players
  • Aspiring coaches
  • Future directors, trainers, or entrepreneurs

Responsibilities
  • Assist with training sessions and athlete management
  • Learn BraveHeart systems, drills, and culture
  • Support coaches with setup, breakdown, and flow
  • Monday thru Friday 3pm- 8pm
  • Saturday - 10am - 8pm 
  • Observe, ask questions, and grow fast
  • Help with events, camps, and community activations
